Christmas With The Petersens
The Petersens began working on their first Christmas album in February of 2020 at Digi Grass Studios in Ozark, MO. Due to COVID-19, the recordings were put on hold. When Julianne started college in Arkansas, the Petersens found a recording studio, Haxton Road, in Arkansas so Julianne could travel easily back and forth from college to finish the project.
The album was mixed and mastered by Troy Dixon. The photography was done by Aaron Clark Photography. Album design was by Austin Meyer.
Album was released in 2020.
We Don’t Need Anything This Year
The Petersens released their second Christmas album titled We Don’t Need Anything This Year in 2023. The album features classic Christmas hymns, Christmas classics, and an original song by Katie Petersen.
This project was recorded at Forty-One Fifteen Studio in Nashville, TN with Dewey Boyd as the recording engineer. The album was produced by Troy Dixon, Katie Petersen and Emmett Franz. The album was mixed by Randy Franz and Dewey Boyd and mastered by Troy Dixon. Check out the audio on apple music to enjoy it in its full Dolby atmos potential. The album artwork is by Parker Hale.
